No Selling/Buying Of Anything - Offence - Ban Permanent
No Begging - Issue Warning
No Whining - Issue Warning
No Flaming - Offence - 1point
No Spamming - Offence - 1point
No Spamming Thanks - Offence - 1point
No Going Off-Topic - Offence - 1point
No MultiAccounts - Depends on what they do
No Evading Ban - Offence - Ban
No Linking to other forums - Offence - Ban Permanent
No Porn - Offence - 1point
No Advertising - Offence - 1point
No Advertising of Private Servers - Offence - 1point
No Asking for Thanks before the release of a Cheat/File - Offence - 1point
No Requesting User to Private Message for information/download - Offence - 1point
No Requesting User to join another site in order to download - Offence - 1point
No Requesting of user's emails to be posted(or adding facebook) - We
don't like selfish people. If you want to share a hack then post the
link publicly(User can sell the emails to advertisers for revenue) - Offence - Ban Permanent

5. Rules governing Warez/Piracy - Important
Users may upload warez/pirated items on THEIR OWN ACCORD. We at DEScipe.net bear no responsibility whatsoever for the content posted AND consequences of your actions.(e.g. lawsuit)
Warez/Pirated content WILL BE REMOVED without notice if there is a claim by a third party or developer about copyright infringement. Moderators and/or Admins may choose to send a private message(PM)/infraction/warning at their own discretion.
If you, the user, finds that your post containing warez/pirated content
has been removed/deleted/edited, you may contact the moderator in charge
of the section or me via PM for clarification.
For Developers/Owners of copyrighted content:
If you find that your content has been posted here on this forum without
your authorisation/permission, you may 1. Report the post by clicking
the small exclamation mark at the bottom left of the post which looks
like this[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
and provide proof of identity and valid reasons in the report. A
moderator will follow up on your case shortly(preferably within 3days)
and will assist in removing the infringing content. 2. Send a private
message to me, providing a link to the post as well proof of identity
and valid reasons and I will do my best to assist.
If a user is found to have re-posted/re-uploaded the warez/pirated content, the penalty may be another infraction OR a
PERMANENT BAN.
This decision will be made at the sole discretion of the Moderators
and/or Admins and the Developer(s)/Owner(s) of copyrighted content.
For feedback on rules/suggestions for improvement, please feel free to post in this thread.
It is your duty as a user to check the rules regularly as we will
constantly update them without prior notice. We are not held liable for
your failure to comply with new rules simply because you are unaware and
did not read them. It is in the news section for a reason.
